I am a solo operator and do all design & development myself.
I am not very experienced in Flash, but can manage the basics and find my way around the design "stage". I have recently purchased a couple of Flash templates (of which this site is an example ) as an aide to learning further and enhancing my skills.
I have successfully completed a couple of database projects, using MySql and PHP.
I don't provide ISP services
(internet access, email accounts,
domain hosting),
but will arrange for all your requirements.
